The return of any product due to withdrawal can only be made within a period of up to 14 (fourteen) days, counting from the delivery date for purchases made over the Internet.
In order for the purchase price to be returned, it must be sent in its original packaging, without any indication of violation of the manufacturer's original seal or use.
The entire freight charge for returning and reshipping the product will be borne by the customer, and the products must be returned properly sealed, packaged and with the invoice to the company's address.
As soon as the products are received, we will be making the exchange and generating the cost for sending the new order.
In the case of exchange for products that are defective, the deadline for reporting the occurrence is up to 90 days from the receipt of the order by the customer (from the date of delivery of the order), the customer must contact us immediately after verification via email (email@example.com) in addition you should not discard the product.
The product will undergo a technical analysis to check for the presence of a manufacturing defect.
If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer.
If a defect is found, the customer may choose to return the amount paid, exchange the product or make the amount available in Coupon.
The customer must verify the order upon receipt, if any of the details below are observed, the order must be refused receipt immediately and write the reason for refusal on the back of the invoice
If the order has been received without being verified, upon finding any discrepancy, the customer should immediately contact our company through the email (firstname.lastname@example.org), where no product, label or box must be discarded, must remain as received at the time of delivery.
The InVictor Site has a period of up to 30 (thirty) consecutive days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, to verify that the request meets the requirements of the Exchange and Returns Policy.
With a similar product in stock, another product will be automatically sent to the customer.
In case of lack of the product in stock, the customer will be offered the following ways of solving what happened: exchange for another product, refund of the amount paid or Coupon in the amount.
The InVictor Site will refund the amounts paid using the same payment method chosen by the customer in the purchase process.
For purchases paid by credit card, the card administrator will be notified by our Payment Gateway and the chargeback will occur on the next or subsequent invoice, all at once.
The reimbursement period depends exclusively on the card administrator.
In purchases paid via bank slip, the refund of the amount will be made through bank deposit, after receiving and analyzing the product (s), where the deposit will be made within 48 working hours.
If the details of exchange or return of any returned product are not observed, being out of date or having an absence of items or accessories that accompany it, the exchange may not be successfully answered.
If there is an error on the part of the customer in the delivery address or absence of information, the postal value will be charged for reshipment or for the return of the value to the customer.
If shipping is free, the postal fee paid to the Post Office will be discounted for reshipment or refund of the amount.
